Convention on the Rights of the Child, Memorializing violence and the loss of life at Your school, Restorative Justice and the Fight for the Truth and Freedom of Expression, the Charter of Rights, and the Social Media. Do you really need that cell phone at school?

Marvin Zuker holds the rank of Associate Professor at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education where he has taught Education Law for the past 41 years. He was a Judge of the Ontario Court of Justice from 1978 until 2016 where he presided in the Small Claims Court, Family Court and Criminal Courts primarily in Toronto.  Professor Zuker is the author and co-author of many books and articles including his two favorites, The Law is NOT for Women, written with June Callwood in 1976 and The Law is NOT for Kids, written with Ned Lecic in 2019. Prior to 1978, Professor Zuker, in addition to the practice of law, taught full-time at Centennial College and Ryerson Polytechnical Institute as it was then called.

Marvin Zuker détient le rang de professeur agrégé à l'Institut d'études pédagogiques de l'Ontario où il enseigne le droit de l'éducation depuis 41 ans. Il a été juge à la Cour de justice de l'Ontario de 1978 à 2016, où il a présidé la Cour des petites créances, la Cour de la famille et les tribunaux criminels, principalement à Toronto. Le professeur Zuker est l'auteur et co-auteur de nombreux livres et articles, dont ses deux préférés, The Law is NOT for Women, écrit avec June Callwood en 1976 et The Law is NOT for Kids, écrit avec Ned Lecic en 2019. Avant 1978, le professeur Zuker, en plus de la pratique du droit, a enseigné à temps plein au Centennial College et au Ryerson Polytechnical Institute, comme on l'appelait alors.
